該型水輪機適用于中、低水頭，一般2米-30米。其特點是水流流經轉輪時始終沿著軸的方向。
該型水輪機結構簡單，適用于中小容量、水頭及負荷變化小的電站。
This kind of hydro Turbine is suitable for medium and low head,generally 2-30 meters.Its character is that the water current always flows along the axial direction when the water current fow across the blade of runner.
It has advantages of simple structure,and is widely used in medium or low capacity hydropower station with low head and load.
